DELIVERY

- We may arrange delivery of Physical Goods by delivery company. We process deliveries promptly upon receipt of full payment.

- Delivery of physical Goods within Australia may take: Delivery inside Melbourne within 5 days, and around Australia will take a minimum 7 days.

 

-Standard shipping fee from $40, delivery fees may different with product size or location.

 

-Multiple order charges more due to size of products.

- Delivery of physical Goods outside of Australia may take: Only New Zealand involved (Shipping to New Zealand is available, with additional fees), and will take a minimum 21 days (contact :caraz.aus@gmail.com for more details).

- We take no responsibility for Goods that are lost or damaged during delivery.

- Any disputes regarding physical Goods which are lost or damaged during delivery should be directly taken up with the relevant courier company as applicable.

- If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible to see if this is possible. If you are not available to take delivery on the agreed delivery date, you may be charged a delivery fee for each additional attempt for delivery.

Payment

- You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through www.carazaus.com, and your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable tax (Australian GST).

- Delivery fees will be applied on the delivery options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars.

- You may choose one of the payment methods that Caraz Australia provides on the Site. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. If your payment is not able to be successfully processed then your order may be cancelled.
