Refund & Returns Policy

- Refund

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

-Return

  • Simple change in mind exchange or returning of products you haven't used applies to the policy, please contact our service within 7 days of receiving the product. The postage fee to send back to us is your responsibility. But if returning because the products you have received are faulty or mismatched, you can claim the shipping costs. Returning products will be firstly checked then the refund process will be made. 

  • When returning and refunding an item purchased from us, please package how you received with wrapping and boxing.

-Cancellation

  • When cancelling an order that is already sent for shipping, we can process a refund but the customer needs to pay for shipping fee. 

  • Cancelled and returning the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged it way, and returning the products that package how you received with wrapping and boxing
