1. Initially tap the product and rub with wet tissue, then using a cleaning product on a towel wipe the dirt/bacteria then wipe down with a dry towel and let it fully dry out. Note; when choosing the cleaning product be careful it doesn't contain chemicals that can rub off the colour of the product. 2. After cleaning with a wet towel, bacteria could easily be grown and tores because of the humidity so store the product where it's ventilated and use after fully dried out. 3. Please be careful of pens, markers and colour pencil that contain chemicals, food or drinks that could possible result in damage of the products.

1. 단순이염은 오염 즉시 오염부분만 물티슈로 살살 두드려서 닦아주시고 그 외의 이염은 중성세제를 묻힌 걸레로 닦아주신 후 마른 걸레로 닦아주신 후 마른걸레로 닦은 후 충분히 건조해주시기 바랍니다. (유분이 있는 화장티슈나 표백성분이 있는 세제는 색이 묻어나거나 바랠 수 있으며 리무버, 아세톤, 물파스 등 화학 제품은 원단표면을 손상 시킬수 있으니 사용을 피해주세요) 2. 물걸레로 닦은 후 습기로 인해 곰팜이나 갈라짐이 발생될 수 있으니 꼭 통품이 잘 되는 곳에서 건조 후 사용하시기를 권해드립니다. 3. 볼펜, 크레파스, 색연필 등 유성 성분의 필기도구의 낙서 또는 청바지를 비롯한 의류 등의 염색이나 과일, 커피 등의 음식물의 얼룩은 매트 이염의 원인이 되오니 주의 부탁드립니다.

1. Simple change in mind exchange or returning of products you haven't used applies to the policy, please contact our service within 14 days of receiving the product. The postage fee to send back to us is your responsibility. But if returning because the products you have received are faulty or mismatched, you can claim the shipping costs.
